The following terms and conditions shall apply to anyone buying any item from this site, The Arcade Boneyard and its employees, agents, representatives, owners, heirs and assigns. PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.
General Processing Information:
Upon payment received by Arcade Boneyard, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Refunds or Exchanges will be issued.
Shipping Policy:
The buyer should confirm the shipping origin location with the Arcade Boneyard if they have any questions and concerns regarding this matter.
If paid via Pay Pal:
All items sold are shipped to the address on BUYER’S pay pal account, unless arrangements are made before purchase
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure this information is correct
Buyer assumes all liability for any item(s) that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping or after delivery. Buyer agrees that the Arcade Boneyard is only liable for the item up until the time the item is presented for shipping. Shipping costs do not include any insurance. If the buyer would like insurance it must be requested and will require additional payment by the buyer. If the buyer requires shipping insurance please e-mail Arcade Boneyard for additional information of a quote.
Sellers Liability:
If the unit is defective it is the buyer’s obligation to notify the Arcade Boneyard within 24 hours (new parts only). All used parts are sold as is. ALL SALES OF ELECTRICAL PARTS, NEW OR USED, ARE FINAL AND ARE SOLD AS IS. Any returns must be completed within 7 days. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of any product.
The Arcade Boneyard will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by any products sold. Some items may come with a limited express warranty. These items will be clearly marked and the terms of any warranty will be clearly stated in writing. Other than any item covered by a limited express warranty, all items are sold as-is and the Arcade Boneyard extends no warranties, either express or implied. In the event an implied warranty is created under state or federal law it shall be limited to the duration and length of any express warranty given.
The Arcade Boneyard hereby disclaims any and all incidental and consequential damages to the extent allowed by federal and state law. Buyer agrees that any and all legal disputes or lawsuits involving any item purchased from the Arcade Boneyard shall be filed in Marion County Florida and shall be governed by Florida law.
Buyer User shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use and assumes all risks of its use or handling.
The Arcade Boneyard does not have any obligations in providing any technical support on products sold. Please contact the manufacturer or service manuals for technical and product assistance.
These terms and conditions represent all of the terms and conditions of sale and can only be modified in writing by mutual agreement of the parties. If any specific term or conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable buyer agrees that all other terms and conditions will remain in place an enforceable to the extent allowed by state and federal law. By purchasing from this site the buyer acknowledges that he has reviewed these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
